We got lucky!! I’m so grateful to the whole staff at Rose Garden! My Mom had been receiving sub par care at another Sub Acute Rehab after a fall and hospital stay! Luckily, I was able to transfer Mom to Rose Garden!! I, along with all of my siblings live/work out of State so I had a huge sigh of relief to know she was now in good hands! I can’t stress enough that the difference between Rehabs was night and day! The skilled staff, the facility, the food, the attention, the thoughtfulness in all they do make an immense difference. Thank you for caring for my Mom while I was unable to be there for her!

My 95 year old mother suffered a stroke at the end of August and was being discharged from an acute care facility to a sub-acute. I researched the facilities in the area, read reviews, reviewed government data, asked healthcare workers for recommendations and visited several facilities. In the end I chose to have her admitted to Rose Garden for rehab and I was thrilled with my choice. The entire staff, nurses, physical, speech & occupational therapists, social workers, receptionists and the owner Shawn were incredibly kind, caring and compassionate. After three weeks she was doing well and transferred to an assisted living facility. There is a huge difference between a privately owned facility and one owned by a group of investors. Do your research and consider Rose Garden for your loved one’s care.

This place is amazing. From administration, to nurses, to aids, to housekeeping, to food and beverage, to RnM, to IT department, simply amazing. My mom was in another facility prior to moving to Rose Garden, and its night and day. The hospitality is awesome. The staff is always welcoming, positive, hardworking, caring, loving, professional. My stress level from previous facility to Rose Garden went from a 10 to a 2. I literally thank God daily that my mom is here.

My mom, Jane, was at another facility due age and demensia, that left her fastly declining and in a wheel chair. With persistent follow up over months, a room became available at Rose Garden. We jumped on the opportunity. Staff was attentive to my mother's needs. I'm grateful her last 6 months were spent at Rose Garden, with the last month in hospice. The Optum Nurse was in regular contact with me and my sister with hard to make decisions that would be best for our mom. Everyone was genuine. My mom wasn't in the best health to fully enjoy, but Rose Garden offered many activities for those who had more energy than my mother, such as holiday celebrations, arts & crafts, and religious opportunities. Thank you Rose Garden, for putting my mother and me at ease during this hard time.

My mother was at Rose Garden last June to August 2023. She came in during a time of need for our family. The Rose Garden staff were exceptional to her every need from nursing and CNAs to Rehab, Dietary and the Recreation staff. The facility was always neat and clean at all times. My mother actually enjoyed her stay so much that she was up every morning, dressed, went to rehab, sat outside and got involved in the recreation activities offered. I would not hesitate to recommend Rose Garden to anyone who is in need subacute care or long-term care.
