Very nice apartments. Building is well kept.
Lovely building, good community (long-time residents and young families), very stable financials. Management is super responsive and keeps the building pristine.
This is an excellent cooperative. Friendly folks, impeccably managed finances which keep maintenance fees low for years, and clean and tidy grounds. The front garden is inviting and beautiful. I loved it here for 11 years…sad to leave.
