I would like to give a wonderful review to Brightstar care, especially Raj. I called on a Sunday evening in need of home care for a friend’s husband, and I was so surprised. They answered the phone on a Sunday night. Raj was so kind. He called my friend and spoke to her and said he would have a nurse to evaluate her husband and a private aide Monday morning, just that in itself made all of us feel so much better .The nurse and the aide spent much time evaluating my friend’s husband and it was wonderful . 7 days a week two wonderful aides did a great job .Cheryl the nurse was beyond wonderful in her caring compassion to my friend. Each day they treated her husband with dignity and respect and kept him clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, he passed away but the day he passed away Emilio, the aide was beyond wonderful. His care and compassion to my friend’s husband, as well as my friend, and to me was something we will never forget. Later that day, Cheryl came over to speak to my friend and just listened and was so kind and caring. I would recommend this agency to anyone who is in need of help for their loved one. They are kind and they are compassionate. They are caring and there whenever you need them. Thank you, Nancy Heuser

Brightstar was the perfect Home Health Care Service, from the professional aides (Novlett and Rosemary) to their administrative staff. The aides gave my mother the personal care she required after a 2 week stay in the hospital and 2 additional weeks in rehab. They helped her with her mobile issues, to any care needed with personal hygiene. I highly recommend Brightstar to any family that is in a similar situation.
