Paul was incredibly helpful from the moment we met. He had been recommended to me by my car mechanic some time ago, and we finally crossed paths in person when I was picking up my car at the shop. Even before I officially became a customer, Paul went out of his way to assist me—taking photos for insurance, walking me through next steps, and helping coordinate everything.

Throughout the repair process, Paul and his team were communicative, professional, and a pleasure to work with. They made what could have been a stressful experience feel seamless. My car looks brand new, and I couldn’t be happier with the final result!

I highly recommend Brookside Auto Body. This was my first time working with them, but it definitely won’t be the last!

I just had my first service with Brookside, as I was sadly in a car accident (was rear ended by 2 SUV cars, with 1 impact) in my BRAND NEW 2025 Mazda CX-30! I was so upset, but working with Brookside has put me at ease! I first called Wantagh Mazda, as that’s where I got my car, and they recommended Brookside. At first I was unsure how the repairs would go, but the outcome has been FANTABULOUS! Both Laura and Paul have been so nice, informative, and they took care of everything for me in regards to working with the insurance company, and even TAKING BACK MY RENTAL from Enterprise in Bellmore!!! They have made the process so smooth. Upon picking up my RED Mazda, I saw the beauty of my car and fell in love all over again! They detailed her very well both inside and out. My car has never looked this good even when I took it to the car wash for full detail cleaning!!!! It is safe for me to say that I HIGHLY recommend coming to Brookside for your Mazda car repairs and needs! PAINT JOBS TOO!!! You know how hard they say it is to COLOR MATCH THE RED?! I’m shocked and so incredibly happy, that they were able to match the paint on the trunk to the car!!! Overall, I usually have went to Al’s Tire World with the other cars my family has, and my previous car, but I’ll be now coming to Brookside for all of my Mazda needs!

I can’t recommend Paul and everyone and Brookside Auto Center enough! This was my first time going through insurance so I had a lot of questions, Paul walked me through the process and kept me updated from start to finish. From starting the claim to the day my car was ready I was never left in the dark.
Thank you guys again for everything!!

They did the job I needed not the one I wanted.

The exterior of my car was the best I've ever seen it after the full detailing from Brookside Auto. Surface scratches I thought might be permanent were buffed out and my Audi's body was returned to a brilliant shine.

The interior seems to have received less detail (pun unintended). Air vents were dusty, door panels appeared wiped but not scrubbed clean, mats and carpet were shampooed but remained stained and visible traces of sand were present in the center console and trunk. The back seating area seemed lightly wiped at best. The convertible top's vinyl also seemed washed but less than thoroughly cleaned and a grease stain on the rear deck was untouched.

The cleaning of the engine bay was adequate.

The cleaning and restoration of the headlights was literally brilliant. The lamp covers were yellow-brown before and crystal clear when complete.

Overall, I would highly recommend Brookside Auto to do an EXTERIOR detailing. The body of my car never looked better in the time I've owned it.

I do wish equal attention was given to my car's interior during this detailing job.
