My neighborhood in Queens NY, especially my block, got hit hard by Hurricane Ida. I called about 15 different businesses for assistance in cleaning up water damage in my basement. No answer on any of my calls and I did not leave any messages.Ten minutes later I received a call back from the owner of Building Services, Michael, saying he missed my call asking me if I needed help. I was very surprised considering it was a state of emergency and he was overwhelmed with many similar requests. He was so professional, kind, understanding of my situation and eager to help. He said he would get to my house ASAP. I thought it would take days. Michael and his team were at my house THE NEXT DAY and they had my basement cleaned up and disinfected IN LESS THAN 2 HOURS. They did a great job. Michael even helped resolve another issue in my home only because he put me in touch with one of his contacts who expedited my matter! I was blown away! Building Services did a fast and outstanding job with our flooding issues. We were quoted double the price and time by multiple “cleaning companies”. The crew was fast, efficient, respectful, and answered every question I had. My business will be back open in a matter of days rather than weeks.
