Great private owned gym. I travel for work and have joined many gyms, and this is the only gym that I received a tour from Chris. I met the owner Shawn, great guy who makes you feel very welcomed. Seperate from the weights and cardio equipment, is an area for boxing amd aerobic workouts. Great free weights and machines.
What i like most is the atmosphere....think of Planet Fitness, and then think of the opposite amd this is that gym. Nice lighting, warm temperature to break a sweat, great lifting vibe to it. I go after work around 7 and it's never too crowded.They also sell a lot of supplements and protein powders, water and energy drinks.
Men's bathroom, showers, locker room are clean.
This gym is just right.
Very expensive. Would suggest price reworking packages. Like $50 a month but with a year commitment. $70+ is far too much for this gym.
I love everything about this gym. It’s large and has all of the equipment I need. Owner is very pleasant and staff were helpful.
Mismanaged, mishandled, stinking (literally) unhygienic gym. The machines are sticky and torn, the people don't clean up after themselves, the management doesn't do deep cleans or replace seats of equipment and they vastly overcharge. It also smells because they do not run the air enough, or clean enough. I spend money on this membership and feel like the money we all spend vanishes
