Hi, my name is Christina, I called Ben with an emergency. He came right over fixed everything. He is such a smart electrician who knew the extent of all my electrical problems. I had my Tesla Wall Connector installed in my garage, but I wasn’t happy with the original placement. I reached out to Ben, and he was incredibly responsive and professional. He came on time, understood exactly what I wanted, and reinstalled the charger perfectly. He also took the time to explain everything to me so I fully understood how it works. Super nice guy, very skilled, and made sure everything looked clean and worked flawlessly. Great service all around! highly recommend!
Excellent experience using Certified Electrical Services to replace a JuiceBox car charger that failed and replace it with a Tesla charger. Ben was the first electrician we found to replace our charger that responded with an email stating all the steps he would take to replace it and with a reasonable price! He was highly professional, prompt, efficient and neat! I also was confident in using him as he was “certified” by Tesla. He made sure the charger software was properly updated and that it worked correctly by plugging my car in and verifying it was charging. I highly recommend him!
Ben is great. A master at what he does. He is licensed and knows what he is doing. I live neat and organized work that is up to code. Ben does all of that. EV charging now with no issues. Price is reasonable. Highly recommend. I would hire him again for any electric issues. Also he does not get annoyed in answering any questions you may have. P
Ben and his team were extremely knowledgeable and professional. Their work was done well and without issue. They upgraded a very old panel to a new one with new service and installed a Tesla charger. Would recommend and will be using them again in the future without hesitation.
