I had a bad experience with another company when they installed my generator and switched to LIEP and I couldn’t be happier. The techs who come to change the oil and service my generator couldn’t be nicer or more professional. I’m so glad I made the switch.
Very attentive and thorough work . Long Island Power was hired to install a full home generator. There were leaks in our gas lines and new lines had to be installed by plumbers. Mike explained the details and we were guided through the process. We appreciated the total attention given to the complexity of the task.
Thank you Anthony and crew. We can now confront the winter without the anxiety that we previously faced.

After doing research on several stand-by generator installation companies, I chose LIEP & I'm so glad I did. Professional staff all around from the front office who had to deal with a finicky Village & National Grid to the installation staff. The workers explain the process thoroughly before starting any work & they are patient when questions are asked. Happily recommend.
Long Island Emergency Power has been my generator company for 6 years. LIEP took over from a flawed electrician who installed my 30kw Generac, improving my entire set-up outside and inside my home. Their work is timely and perfect, the whole team, Mike, Jason, Joann, Tony, etc. are incredibly caring, attentive, professional, pristine in their work effort and result.
