My disabled father hired this company for their house fire. Without going into grave detail, the hired contractors stole boxes that I’d seen with my own eyes them pack up. It took a lot of convincing my mother that these items they were packing were stored away and after the insurance process was over the remaining salvage would be hers. Glenn assured my father of this. At the end, my mother died before the process was completed. In going through the junk boxes they did store away, never found were the few boxes I’d witnessed that were boxed or the expensive Tool chests etc etc that were not effected by the fire other than soot. The garbage along with pots and pans and photo albums and just garbage that they saved in the fire were found in the boxes stored in the garage. My mom was saying they were stealing her things and no one believed her because they are professionals who hire professionals. This was not the case. Sorry Mom, I was telling you how my experience with a hired adjuster turned out. The repair work the contractors did was shoddy at best and did not match what was there previously. The second bathroom didn’t even have a toilet in it! The walls in the basement still had soot in it. The cabinetry they repaired stopped mid kitchen. Who does this???? Why would a counter stop midway? My father called on this and they told him they couldn’t fix it because they didn’t have the same countertops and cabinets. They do something else that never came to fruition. My father who was disabled and unable to look at things in its entirety was so happy to be in his home, I didn’t say anything and because he wouldn’t let me take over I couldn’t say anything. I’m also out of state. So now that he’s passed I’m letting you all know. Watch the contractors and get anything remotely valuable out of the home. Don’t believe they have things stored away. Two stars because my father should not have signed off on most of the contract work. Horrible and super cheap home replacement work done. As an adjuster, I would go over and above for the elderly (patience is required) but taking advantage is just uncalled for. It’s likely all about the money and not the promises up front. I heard the sales pitch at the beginning. Don’t believe the hype.

Glen from Champion Adjustment was our public adjuster who helped us tremendously with our claim for a house fire. Glen was great and was on top of following up with our insurance company. We were extremely happy with his professionalism and results. We highly recommend Champion.

If you ever have an insurance claim and want a public adjuster, these are the guys to go to. We had a major loss, over half a million dollars, and Champion really helped us.

Have had the pleasure of referring two people to Rich and Champion Adjustment that really needed the kind of advice and guidance they provide. The first was a friend who had a fire in his house and was very concerned that he was going to be treated unfairly by the insurance company. The second was my brother-in-law who had a fair amount of water damage in his home and the insurance company didn't want to give him close to the actual cost of repair. Rich and Champion Adjustment helped them both get through the process and helped them recover the amounts they were entitled to. I would give them my highest recommendation.
