Bought my car next door to the shop, and for the inspection of the vehicle they told me to bring it here. Had problems with the breaks, driver's window and a/c. The owner Bruno told me since I needed some parts for the breaks and a/c I should take my car to a window repair shop a few blocks away that he deals with. Went and they needed to order the entire mechanism of the window and the control button. The next day they called me that the part was in and I went back. Unfortunately the part was wrong. They almost had a heart attack about it. Don't let Bruno find out they begged and pleaded with me. Bruno found out and chewed their heads off cause of the runaround they gave HIS customer. Bruno does the job right the first time. What need to be done, will. The right way. Honest mechanics are rare these days. Done all the needed repairs there and was surprised from the level of attention. Even though I was a freebie customer, I was treated like I was paying for everything, and then some. Even got a $20 gas card to compensate my 2nd time going for the window. WOW!!! This kind of professionalism, detail, courtesy, knowledge and all around respect for the customer is a rare treasure these days, especially from an auto mechanic. Knowing that what your car needs is what it will get. Nothing more and especially nothing less. A trustworthy jem in the industry. BRAVO!!!!!
