Most recently needed work done on my car after an accident. They did an amazing job on the car and were even able to get my deductible taken off. They really make sure you’re taken care of. Nick, the owner & operator, is personable and easy to talk to. If you are concerned or upset about something, let him know. There's an obvious pride in his company, and he wants the customers to know they are important. Whatever the issue, no matter who is wrong or right, he will do everything he can so you leave with the knowledge that you'll be back there for your NYS car or motorcycle inspection.

Check Point also does complete car repairs for both foreign and domestic makes/models. Bring your car in for brake & tire replacements, wheel alignments, and all the other "keep it in prime and safe running condition" items.

The waiting room is clean and cozy, with a large coffee making area and a water bottle machine. It's decorated with wall art, a tv, books, magazines, motorcycle models, and other little things to spend your time on while waiting. Even the bathroom is unexpectedly large, pretty, and spotless with thought put into decoration!

This place got my inspection done within 3 hours and only charged me 37 bucks, which is great. After the inspection, had tire problems and I came back the next day and spoke to Nick who was extremely understanding and eager to help and got it fixed the same day as well. The shop overall is filled with great people and Nick is a great owner.

Nick and his team at Checkpoint are awesome and very good to do business with. I recently had the big task of a full engine replacement on my 2014 Camaro SS after the original failed. Not only did Nick make sure the costs were reasonable, he went over my options in detail. He & Bobby made sure the job was done right, and they treated my car with care.
