My experience at City Island Dental was fantastic. The staff were friendly, kind and caring. I got all my X-rays done with no issue, and the dentist came in and checked and cleaned my teeth with attention and care. 10 out of 10 experience and will happily return.
Yes , doctor rosen I was very impressed. I had a 1/2 a tooth removed. Any put another tooth in its Place.\n the matter of 10.15 minutes with no pain.
This was the best dental experience I have ever had. The office is low key the way things are expected to be on City Island. The staff is experienced and supportive. Dr. Rosen is a gem. He’s a top rate Dentist whose manner is calming and reduced my apprehension. The finances were laid out for me prior to service eliminating any uncertainty. I’m very satisfied, wish I had used this service years ago and highly recommend this office.
I suddenly needed a root canal that I'd been putting off *right away*. They were able to get me in *very* quickly, even as a new patient. Dr. Rosen was great! He explained what was going on as he worked. He even followed up later that day with a phone call to make sure I was doing ok after the anesthesia had worn off. Jackie and Jeanette were wonderful, scheduling me quickly, and they were both familiar with (and sympathetic to) my situation when I spoke with them on the phone and arrived at the office. There was almost no wait and best yet, they take my insurance, now! I'll be making the switch to my neighborhood dentist, permanently.
The customer service is excellent. From the moment you walk into the office, Jackie from
the front desk is very professional and friendly. Dr. Rosen makes sure to explain the entire process to his patients. I highly recommend this location.
