Lance, Shelley and everyone I dealt with at the dealership were very nice and professional. Drove up from Delaware to buy a 2024 leftover after working out all of the details over the phone & email. Would definitely buy another vehicle here if the scenario was worth it for me.
Recently brought my truck in to get serviced at City World Ford and had a wonderful experience from start to completion. I was met at my vehicle by Gjenete who greeted and welcomed me with great professionalism and genuine hospitality. She listened to my concerns and handled everything which great efficiency. I recently had a great experience at Ford thanks to sales agent Edwin Cabrera. From start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. His customer service was top-notch, and he made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Edwin is an outstanding individual and truly deserves all the praise. Highly recommended!
Everyone there is super nice and polite, but it takes too long to get work done. I brought my car in at 8 am Monday and they diagnosed it in just a few hours. That was fantastic. They said they had to order the part and it wouldn't be there until Tuesday (but by 2 pm) and the job would be short.
But the part didn't arrive (no one notified me or even returned my call and texts about it) but it got there by 1030 am Wednesday. OK, it happens, no big deal. But then they tell me they can't get my car done until THURSDAY even though installation takes 60-90 minutes.
Didn't get my car back until after 2 pm Thursday. It seems a little far-fetched that it takes almost four full work days to get that job done.
Outside of body work, I've never had to leave a car with a mechanic for four days, even when a part was ordered.
