This is my 4th time leasing a Subaru, and let me tell you stop wasting your time, Milea Subaru is the place to go!

Nick the finance manager, was great just straight to the point and smooth from start to finish.

Saving the best for last — Hannah was amazing from day one! No BS like other dealers. She helped me through the entire process and made sure I got the car I wanted. She truly went above and beyond.

AWESOME Subaru dealership on East Tremont. I bought my Subaru Forester there 2017 and I go there for maintenance, etc. They are absolutely awesome! Chris is amazing. They are prompt, trustworthy and knowledgeable. This is the only place I take my car. The service is impeccable. 🎉

Has got to be the best dealership around. My wife needed a lease vehicle; which we selected and drove off the lot - the salesman (Reggie) who helped us was phenomenal, empathetic and patient - even cancelled is late evening appt to help us get the car home - given we were out of state just moving in, he also helped us tremendously on finding us the right insurance. We took the car home and instantly felt a discomfort (ending up in back pain) while driving the car. Thought it was new seats, but after 2 days the discomfort wouldn’t go away. We called the Dealership fully expecting them to ask us to pay an exorbitant amount to change the car or tell us it can’t be done. Enter the manager for the location Engwin, who was not just amazing to work with, helped us switch the car, get into one we drove around d we’re comfortable in, worked overtime to switch the paperwork out and send new registration details to the DMV. Best of all at no addl cost to us but more importantly, not a word of complain or frustration, him and the finance person redid the entire paperwork; worked with insurance to change the policy and all with a smile on their faces. To say this location and the folks here were amazing would be an understatement - highly recommend a Subaru and get one from this location. Happy Customers for life thanks to the crew and their leader at this location.

We bought a Forester. We get consistent notices about necessary vehicle maintenance. The appointments are booked and the service is seamlessly performed. Today we had a screw in our left front tire. We made an appointment and arrived an hour earlier and were serviced immediately. Every year Milea Subaru performs the inspection. I highly recommend buying a Subaru to everyone who says he or she wishes to purchase a vehicle. My youngest daughter just purchased a Crosstrek and is quite pleased. Subaru sells quality vehicles and provides quality service. Buy a Subaru.

This is the sixth car I’ve purchased, either for myself or a family member, and honestly, this dealership has been the easiest and smoothest to work with. Engin, the sales manager, was super friendly and offered a bunch of great options that really worked in the customer’s favor. Big shoutout to my salesperson, Hannah — she was quick to jump on the deal and super easy to talk to. Overall, a great experience! I’d highly recommend Hannah and this dealership if you’re looking for a new vehicle.
