I recently had my car serviced at Pelham Used Cars & Automotive Center, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with friendly and professional service. Greg took the time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly explain the recommended repairs.
The work was completed quickly and efficiently, and my car is running better than ever. I appreciate the honesty and transparency of this shop; they didn't try to upsell me on any unnecessary services. The prices were also very reasonable. Greg is meticulous on how he works, and is very knowledgeable about various cars and models. The shop is super clean, and John (the owner) is an honest guy. This is a family owned and operated business and you can tell that they take pride in their work, it shows!
Overall, I highly recommend Pelham Used Cars & Automotive Center for any car maintenance or repair needs. Overall, I highly recommend Greg for any car repair needs. Pelham used cars and automotive center is a excellent repair center as well as their cars for sale. the pre owned cars they sell are quality and the service is excellent. No cars on their lot are salvage or have any other issues. I have purchased multiple cars from them and all are well kept with extremely low mileage and never let me down. Professional and one of the few small businesses left with a personable staff which always do the right thing regarding every need or issue you may have.
I’ve seen people who have no clue about the current price of cars and service writing negative reviews with info completely made up and false. People ask if they can buy a new car but want to spend around 2,000$.
If you have the chance to check out the place I recommend it to see for yourself. You will be very happy with the service or whatever you need.
