Clean 'n' Fresh Carpet Cleaning & Floor Care Long Island

I just used Clean 'n' Fresh Carpet Cleaning & Floor Care, and I thought I would share my experience. I had called and left a voicemail and inquired about availability/pricing. They got back to me promptly via text. They quoted me the prices and when they could come and I agreed to it. The text system sent reminders about the appointment and the cleaner arrived on time. Once they got there, they explained that the price was misquoted, as I had said a couch and two rugs. However, they have a higher price for sectionals, and I didn't tell them that. Admittedly, the price was quoted for a "3 seat couch", and I missed that crucial detail. Therefore, we agreed to the higher price, which was $90 more. I personally felt that was a little high for not too much more of what I called "couch". But that's just my opinion, and it was my fault I was misquoted.

The service was then completed, and the finished product looks and smells nice. However, the reason for my 3 stars is thus: my wife reported that the cleaning person was "grumpy", and she felt a bit uncomfortable. Could've been a bad day. But also that the rugs are extremely wet almost a full day later. We were told not to touch them for a few hours, but it seems they've been soaked and not properly steamed fully. At least, that is my opinion, but I could be wrong and this is standard procedure. Also, the price was what I deem a bit high for the work. In any case, I am striving for as detailed a review as possible.

Mike did an amazing job. I started with a quote and we texted about the details of the job. He was able to fit me in the next day and did an amazing job! his prices were very reasonable and fair. He was professional, very nice, and honest! Not to mention was able to get some very tough stains out of my carpet runners!

I highly recommend Mike and his company and will for sure use him in the future!

We just purchased a new home with some area rugs and couches from previous owners. We wanted a deep clean of the used furniture and rugs and decided to go with Michael's company after calling a few other local companies because his prices were very reasonable and reviews were glowing. I took a chance on this company instead of calling Stanley Steamer because I believe in supporting small local businesses. I was very pleased with everything about the experience with Clean N Fresh from the way the website is laid out and their no nonsense pricing to the end result. I haven’t had my couch cleaned in years and even with teenagers and spills and an outdoor dog, my couch looks brand new! The technician was very professional, very courteous. I am very happy with the outcome and will be using them again.

2nd time I have used Mike from Clean & Fresh. So easy to book an appt online. Received a confirmation text the day before and another when he was on his way. Prompt and professional. Rugs look great and pricing is very reasonable. Highly recommend and will use again in the future! If you look at the photo you can see the difference.
