Always a pleasant experience here. Been having them take care of my laundry for 3+ years now and sometimes it’s ready same day if dropped off early enough. Thanks as always!

Machines were well maintained and very robust. I have units in my home and actually prefer coming here because of the size and speed of the machines.

First time doing my clothes at this place and to be honest I probably won’t come back.
I think it’s nice inside. I don’t know how long they have been in business, but the inside looks all new. It was super quiet, which was kinda scary compared to other laundromat. It was like you were not allowed to speak. Prices were ok, I used the machines that ranged from $5-$7 dryers were around $1.70 for 33 mins which I did not mind, cause my clothes were dried when the machine stopped.
Now, what I didn’t like and it’s the only reason why I won’t come back, it is because of the worker. Ma’m I get it. We are alllllllllll tired. But don’t take it out on us. I get it, you want to finish your job quick so you can get home, but storming out of the place because the laundry cart was moved for a second so we could buy a drink was not necessary. When I saw that I had to giggle a bit cause it wasn’t a big deal. And we put it back the way you had it. It was like watching a 2 year old throwing a tantrum. I mean if that’s the spot where all the carts must go maybe move the vending machine or get rid of it.? Will you get mad every time someone tries to get a drink.?
Then I am trying to finish folding my clothes and I can see her coming my way to start mopping. All I hear is huffing and puffing. So now I feel like I am being rushed. I am basically throwing all my clothes in my bag cause I just wanted to leave.
I felt unwelcome. I can also act like a 2 year old… you forget to say have a good night to me.. now I am crying. Cause you said it to the man who left before me.
I know people like you don’t care about losing a customer 🤷🏻‍♀️ and that’s ok.. I wash a lot of clothes. A good $60-$80. I will take my business back to the place I usually go to. I didn’t go today cause it was super packed today and I really had to wash my clothes.

I've been coming here since they opened. They are a bit pricey, but my biggest complaint is why nobody cleans the mounds of bird crap you have to step over to get in the store.
Two weeks later outside the store still looks like the inside of a bird cage. You can blame the landlord if you want but you have a responsibility to your customers. All that bird crap is disgusting, vial and unsanitary.

I’ve used this spot now for little over a year and I think it’s pretty darn good!!! All the ladies who have worked when I have showed up have all been polite and helpful when needed. My only complaint is that the laundry soap items aren’t stocked as much as they should be like the tide and dryer sheets and the soda machine is either down or robs my money. But laundry wise no complaints really. I would love to see a new soda machine brought in with less problems and also an energy drink for sale in the machine.
