The hotel is new, the beds are very comfortable. Near the outlets. Got a good night sleep after a long drive. The staff is amazing! Helped me to find my belonging after I left them in the el accidentally, đź’Ż would stay again.
Was available during the snow storm. Room was great, big and clean.
The hotel is new. So the place looks new but along newness are many issues. I am writing this review while I’m still at this hotel, this is my 2nd night and no hot shower for 2 days straight. The staff kept saying some rooms have it and some don’t. But they don’t know which do and which don’t. They ask guests to check ourselves. But when we check all don’t have. They then claimed that it will be fixed tomorrow morning, and when morning comes use the excuse that it is fixed but needs time for boiler to get up to heat. And then you head out for activities and then comes back in the evening, they’ll tell you that same excuse that some rooms have and some don’t. They use this same cycle on all the guest as most only stay for 1 night and had to resign themselves to it and just make do with it, except that we stayed 2 nights and they were embarrassed when they tried the lines.
Also the TV does not work at all, I saw a few guests asking, and brought their remotes to the front desk, my room was the same and the remote could not turn on the tv. The front desk just didn’t know how to deal with it.
On the plus side, everything is new, the beds and linen are good, plenty of free parking, free breakfast is available and the coffee is good.
Plenty of food places within 5 mins drive away. And it is only 5 mins drive to Woodburry Commons premium outlets.
I think their rates are low relative to other facilities, but it is winter now, would you pay low rates and have no hot shower in 25F weather ?
The staff are all very friendly and nice about it. But the management of the hotel has prematurely and probably in haste opened the hotel to take advantage of the festive season, when it is very obvious that it was not ready for business.
I am about to check out in a few hours. Let’s see if there is any offer of consolation.
If you’re planning to stay, my advice is to wait at least a few more months and let them fix things first.
New hotel, pretty nice
