Lauren is fantastic! She fitted my husband for a knee brace and a back brace and made sure everything was perfect. She explained how everything works and showed us the proper way to wear both. This was all done at our doctor's office. We are just waiting to receive the back brace and knee brace which should be this week. Thank you, Lauren!
After my wife sustained a very serious injury, she need to be fit for a special brace and Steve at C.O.S.I. went above and beyond. He offered to stop by our house to deliver the brace, alleviating any inconvenience for us, and was so caring and thorough explaining how to properly use it, even offereing to stop by again if there were any issues. This is what an exceptional experience looks like. Can't recommend Steve and C.O.S.I. highly enough!
I had such a great experience during my visit! Lauren was professional, and made me feel completely comfortable from the moment I walked in. The office was clean, organized, and ran right on schedule — I didn’t have to wait long at all. Lauren I truly appreciate the time and care they gave me and would highly recommend to anyone in need of equipment.
Lauren was very helpful and had my mind at ease…she fitted me for my walking boot and insanity her office in less then 15 mins…
Lauren was absolutely wonderful. She helped explain the use, care and management of my insoles even put them in for me. She was very very kind and even made some jokes to make my experience enjoyable.
