I showed up unannounced looking for help to install my 2 car seats in my new Tesla for a family road trip. I’m not ashamed. Car seats are hard for one person to install. They were so kind to help me out in my time of need and urgency. It may not be collision related but they’re great people of the community looking to help other community members out.

I can't say enough about Mike and the crew at Continental. I chose them based on their excellent reviews, and they completely lived up to their high rating. The damage to my car was to the left fender and bumper area as well as to the passenger door. The insurance company, naturally, tried to separate the damage into two claims so that I would pay two deductibles. Mike helped fight to have all the damage covered under one claim and to get approval for the best parts for the job. The results were incredible, reminding me of the day I purchased the car new. Continental Car Care made a stressful situation much easier to handle, and I recommend them without hesitation.

By far the best service experience. After being in an accident I was definitely out of it. Continental was recommended by a close friend. I contacted them from the scene and they took care of every single thing. They helped put a scary and overwhelming situation at ease for me. They got the car towed to their shop. As soon as I entered the building they greeted me and reassured me. They took the reigns and got the claim started and had me in a rental within an hour. I cant thank them enough as I was so overwhelmed. They kept in touch with me and gave me advice on what I needed to do going forward. As you know insurance companies are all business and do not seem to be concerned with what's best for you but thanks to Mike and Chris and their team I felt I had someone on my side. Their customers are their top priority. They will be my number one recommendation going forward.

After an accident- i immediately contacted Mike at Continental And he arranged for a tow truck and then took care of all the insurance paperwork as well. Thanks for making an annoying experience much less stressful. I highly recommend Continental!
