Easy to get to, service staff were very professional and courteous, the parts had to be back ordered as they were not normally asked for. We were told that they will be delivered by the following day. This is not bad seeing the way things are presently going with the shipping industry these days.
We installed all the epoxy flooring at this facility. Staff is very professional. Very clean and most organized facility
Few months ago I contacted Cummins main web site looking for a service location for some work on my Cummins 450C engines.
The next day I got a call from Kelvin from their Bronx location and we discussed the details of the service I was looking to perform.
A couple of weeks later I had a detailed work order with a quote for what I was looking to do and we moved forward with setting up an appointment for early June 3 weeks before our upcoming long trip to VA.
In the few months in between before the service appointment we were still keeping in touch mainly me asking questions.
Kelvin was always responsive and answered my questions promptly, I contracted with Cummins to adjust my Valves and replace all 12 injectors.
Fast forward this past Friday the big day arrived, I got a call around 7:15 AM to let me know the mechanic was in rout.
Around 9:00 AM I met with Justin at Haverstraw Marina and we walked to the Boat.
Justin started to work on the port engine, it was immediately apparent that he knew what he was doing, he was neat and organized which made me feel very good.
About 4-5 hours of work and Justin was all done.
We took the boat out and run it for Sea trail, starboard engine wasn't getting to full RPM. Justin did some trouble shooting and found out that the acceleration cable was a little bent, a little more work and adjustment and Boat was running smoother, faster and about 100 higher RPM than before.
Very happy with the final results, job well done!
Thank you!
