Dr. Shah and their staff are friendly and very kind. I called for the appointment for my daughter braces issue. They offered me same day appointments and Dr. Shah made quick arrangements with staff to resolved the issue. They offered free services which is beyond the scope of his practice. I truly appreciated Dr. Shah and their staff support and kindness during the appointment. Thank you for providing excellent services.
My 8-year-old daughter is using an expander, and the experience has been very good. The doctor explained everything clearly and made her feel less nervous. She felt comfortable, and the process went smoothly. We are very happy with the care she received.
My daughter Maya always has a great experience during her appointments at COE. We really appreciated Dr Shah’s holistic approach regarding the overall happiness and comfort of our daughter when he met her for the initial assessment. It’s a comfortable office environment, and the entire staff here are very helpful and friendly. We are very happy that our youngest daughter is doing her orthodontic work here!
We’ve been seeing Dr. Shah at the Center for Orthodontic Excellence for several years now, and I can’t recommend him highly enough. He’s been treating both of my daughters and has always been kind, patient, and thorough. He truly takes the time to listen and answer any questions we have, and just as importantly, he takes the time to make sure my kids feel comfortable and understand what he’s doing. It’s their mouths, after all, and he really respects that by including them in the process.
The office staff is just as wonderful. They are always helpful, friendly, and quick to respond to anything we need. It’s clear that the whole team genuinely cares about their patients. We’ve had such a positive experience here and are so grateful to be in such good hands.
Both of my children are patients of this practice. I am extremely satisfied with the level of care and professionalism of each and every person who works in this office. They are highly knowledgeable, organized, and punctual (we are always seen on time!). Above all, they are the most caring team I have ever come across in healthcare. I highly recommend this practice.
