Just moved here from San Francisco and I was recommended to the office by a friend. I would highly recommend Dr. Duggan and his staff. He is very thorough and friendly and the front desk staff especially Lisa is great. Its a faced pace office with patients coming and going.
My only negative review of the practice is the "financing person" Stephanie. Unfortunately she's worse than dealing with the people in a car dealership. She tries to up sell you constantly with this nonsense one doesn't need since I'm sure he compensated for every dollar she can milk out of you. She made a very satisfying visit unwelcoming. I'm sure she has no formal medical training.
Because of this experience once I finish my initial work with Dr. Duggan I possibly will be looking for another office for my family and all our dental care. My husband and I were very taken back that in a professional office this is allowed to take place. She talks non-stop and gave me a headache.
I would hope as a dental practice owner Dr. Duggan would realize nothing is more crushing than a bad patient review. This type of negative feedback can be damaging in a personal sense and also damage ones business's finances.
Greatest dentist ever and very professional,same for the staff,the facility is so clean and extremely pleasent to be in,it has the latest technology in dentistry.....highly recommended guys you will not be disapointed.
The dental experience was GREAT. Staff was extremely pleasant and caring. I can save some money by going to my old dentist but the extra money is so worth it. I have NEVER felt so comfortable and relaxed at dr visit before this. Dr. Duggan and staff get an A++++ rating. Great job guys.
