I contacted The computer doctor for assistance with my home office desktop computer late afternoon, this past Thursday. By early evening, Only a few hours later , Joe from The Computer Doctors, came to my home the same day I requested assistance!
Not only did Joe fix the issue I was struggling with, but he optimized my desktop to its fullest potential and provided me with key knowledge and information to help me assist myself in the future.
He was not only professional, but extremely pleasant and personable. I am a local business owner myself and strive for my employees to provide and maintain client relations and customer satisfaction the exact same way in which I just received from Joe.

I had a great experience at this computer shop. They tuned up my PC, removed all the viruses, and got it running like new again. The staff was fast, professional, and really knew what they were doing. I highly recommend them if you need any computer repairs.
I have been using Joe at Doctor Computers for the last 20 years. I recently purchased a new computer and had it delivered directly to his house. He set it up exactly as my old computer and added many improvements and upgrades. When I picked it up, he took the time to explain everything with me and made sure I understood all the upgrades before I left. He even set up my new printer remotely when I got home.

Wasn’t able to use my computer in a few weeks. I ended up finding Joe and it was a quick and easy process! Only took about 30 minutes and he was super helpful with any questions or concerns I had! Another thing which found very helpful and appreciative was after the repair he reached out to make sure if everything was going accordingly. Definitely would recommend!
Joe demonstrated deep knowledge as he set up my equipment. He added several programs that will enhance my computer experience, and he discussed stronger security measures which he then put into place. As an added benefit, Joe called the next day to see if everything was going well, and I had the opportunity to clarify several issues.
