I have to say i couldnt be happier with my expierence with this store. My lawn mower was ancient and in no good shape at all and mike the owner still had the patience to assist me and advise me step by step of what my options were. They picked up and dropped off my lawn mower right to my property. And my lawn mower lives to fight another season. The customer service from the people at the front desk to the owner is just amazing.

Despite the reviews I've read I took a chance and decided to call. I spoke with the new owner Mike. I was just trying to see if they had a chainsaw in Stock. I work long alternating hours and sometimes have trouble getting to local stores before they close. When I told Mike that he told me he would stay open later to accommodate me. He wanted to give me a good walk through the different stihl saws since it was my first. I went to his store today and was greeted by friendly staff. Mike was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He walked me through the different saws and found one for my needs. I didn't feel forced to buy. And he didn't look at me funny when I asked some dumb questions. After ringing me up he gave me great walk through and tips using the saw. It really was a refreshing experience. Great customer service and it really made me feel like a made the right choice. I highly recommend this store.
