Mike was very friendly and knowledgeable and was able to address our issues promptly and explained everything to us. He fixed a complaint that we had from a previous installation of a camera; made the inside hookup look esthetically better! He updated 2 window contacts and we were very happy with him overall, he even put up with our dog constantly barking at him....😄 he is a credit to your company!

It was a good experience. I called for service because an alarm was going off. It’s an animal shelter so I couldn’t keep that going all night. Abe Called back. He was able to help me fix it over the phone. So what I thought was going to be a long night, and an emergency service call turned out to be something that was fixed easily, I was grateful.
