Dr. Eannaccone Matthew J DDS

Dr. Eannaccone was my dentist for years. He is very friendly and takes the time to explain things to you. Dr. Eannaccone is very professional and knowledgeable. I hate the dentist but he made me feel comfortable. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Dr Eannaconne and his staff are excellent. Very happy with this dental office. I highly recommend them. They are knowledgeable, courteous and very helpful. I have been going to them for 24+ years and wouldn’t change. Dr Eannaconne is very professional and explains everything so that you understand.

I was first introduced to the doctor by a close friend whose family has used him for years. He came highly recommended. I do not have insurance. I had a dental plan which covered a percentage of any work being done. I noticed a difference with him when I didn’t use the dentist for my periodontal visit that he recommended. I tried to go with somebody that would take the plan that i had, when I came back with the results he seemed a little short shall I say? I went with a local periodontist that I did like and that took the plan , she’s been wonderful. I will say this, I have been back for his advice because I trusted him, but I have since broken two teeth at two separate times and neither time could they take me in, they couldn’t even give me an appointment. I was told, they would let me know as the days go by if something opens up. I find that to be very very unprofessional. When someone has a broken tooth and is in need of care. Dr. Marcus in Huntington Village took me in both times immediately and it was remedied within moments. Although temporary, at least it was remedied. I am not understanding how any Dentist that has a client, can tell them in an emergency. Will get back to you if someone should cancel. It happened last year and it happened just the other day. I have since moved on to Cold Spring dental, Kathy is fantastic and she has taken me in right away. She does not take my plan and I do need some work, but I am happy and more than willing to pay for that work and have my dental care done by somebody that is sympathetic to the dental needs of others. I’m sorry to share this , I know people are busy and I definitely understand.. but I do not understand anyone telling an emergency that “we will get back to you if something should open” .
