This review is solely for the office staff, not the dentist. The lady I spoke with (didn't catch her name unfortunately) was very rude and had an attitude when I was just trying to get an understanding regarding some issues. Her rude manner was uncalled for as I was cordial the whole time. She did not show professionalism with her snickers and definitely does not have patient care attitude. I would say think twice before getting service from this office.
Dr. Nicoletti should be nominated for Sainthood…my 3 year old needed 27 cavities and 15 caps all done in one hour of surgery! Saving his mouth for a bright future. Amazing work and a super nice guy and highly professional yet human office. We. Drive over an hour to see him and obviously highly recommend.
Dr Nicoletti is one of the best dentists I have been to … after trying three dentist in the area and not happy … I was told to try Dr.Nicoletti… what a great dentist … he does not know it but today he solved an issue I have been trying to have addressed for a while now on his own … I didn’t say a word about it …so thanks doc ! I was giving up on the pain under a crown …. Almost started to think it was in my head ….
Best dentist ever, my son had surgery with Dr Nicoletti And the recovery was quick! The staff are very kind and friendly and they work with the insurance company!!!! Definitely the best dentist in the area.
