My kids and I love the class with Mrs.Paiva and Mr.Rowen not only they learn in class skills but they take home valuable lessons too. Love it!
ATA is just incredible! Mr Rowan is skilled and a great leader. His patience and kindness is so valuable especially since we have a special needs son. ❤️ the entire staff treats us like family and we look forward to every class! Highly recommend!

Love ATA Martial Arts. My family and I have been training with them for over 9 years. Amazing instructors, great Leadership training and self defense. Has helped our family stay active and engaged. My children would not be where they are today if it were not for the Ata martial Arts and leadership training. Whether you are 3 years old or 80, there is something for you.
I cannot say enough good things about this martial arts school. The program that they run is tested and true and is one of the most positive and encouraging activities my children were/are involved in. The ATA is an organization we are proud to be a part of. All 5 of our children learned not only martial arts but also self-discipline, courtesy, respect, and many other valuable life skills. This staff is friendly, courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this martial arts school.
