The clinical staff are very friendly and efficient in their work. I had a great experience being seen by them and felt like I left with all of my concerns addressed. However, scheduling and communicating with the front desk is difficult. In the past month, I've had a visit that I scheduled through zocdoc canceled because the doctor was not going to be in (understandable, he has a life too). But then no one responded to my calls to reschedule. I even left a voice mail and nothing. I was eventually able to reschedule through zocdoc and the week of my visit I got a notice through zocdoc that my visit was rescheduled without anyone reaching out to see if I was available for the reschedule date/time. Again, I tried calling the office and left a voice mail and have not received a call back.
