Great experience. They accommodated me for a same day appointment. Staff was helpful snd courteous. I did not wait long to be seen and Dr. Perez was probably the best optometrist I have ever seen, professional, and knowledgable. Thank you.
Racist activity my daughter was waiting to be seen for over 20 minutes the gentleman saw her waiting and didnt help her caucasian / spanish woman came in and immediately helped her. I have been coming here for years but never encountered such terrible customer service. You can't use your insurance with the discounted frames and i know that is not true because it has been done for me over the years. Will find a different place to get my prescription filled next year. Didnt get my eyes checked here because they didn't see my daughter had a problem with her eye for 2 years.
Great optical to come to when you need a good eye exam they have the most up to date equipments . The opticians always check your eyes thoroughly and check your eyes for any condition. I highly recommend this place very clean professional office . And they accept most insurance.
