I had been looking for a new chiropractic office for a long time and so glad I found Dutchess Healing arts in the fall of 2023! I’ve been struggling with chronic neck pain and migraines for over 20 years and have been through a lot of offices and treatments for both. Dr. Bruno’s combination of stim machine treatment, heat therapy, manual massage and adjustment weekly has worked to help keep my pain and migraines at bay and I’ve found so much relief! He not only takes the time to provide the physical relief in office but he talks to you about exercises that will help and hurt, and ergonomic changes you can make at home to help you as well. I WFH so having him give pointers on monitor angle and height along with posture at my desk has been a game changer. Both Dr Bruno and his office assistant Gloria are kind, wonderful, down to earth people and I look forward to going every week. Definitely highly recommend!
