I love the office. The doctors PA Heather is the best. Thorough and really knowledgeable. She is very good at explaining what is going on. She is very informative.
I have been treated by Dr. G for about 10 years. The office is always cheerful, and always willing to go the extra inch to help you with anything. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a Dr. that is extra knowledgeable and with an excellent bedside manner. Thank you to all the staff!!
I love Dr Guneratne, and Heather W as well... I had called and there's a Medical Receptionist, named Michelle, who seems to be a bit impatient. I kept my composure, but she kept putting me on hold, and said she would contact my specialist without asking who I was and my specialist. How is she going to do this, unless she can read minds. Dr Guneratne, Please!, she needs to realize she is skipping the important details, unless she is doing this on purpose so she doesn't have to do the work. I love this Doctor and his assistant, Heather.
