RV There Yet Mobile Camper Repair

My RV furnace was not starting up. Joe was able to come quickly and fix things in an hour. He is easy to work with, knowledgeable, and his pricing is fair.

We were camping at the KOA in Walkill and on the first night noticed that our door wouldn’t close and was hitting the frame. We also noticed the outer surface was coming apart too. I was a bit panicked because I wasn’t confident we could get the door to close and latch at all which is pretty scary considering the three hour drive home. I called a few places late Thursday night and Joe texted that he had another job on Friday but would try to get to me. He called early Friday saying that his other job canceled and he was heading to me now. We had already left the campground to go hiking but I was comfortable with him doing the work while we were gone so he headed over. I asked about payment and he said we would settle up later. Joe was great with communication and texted me pictures of the repairs as they progressed. Later, he asked that I call and he explained everything to us and gave us the confidence that it was done right. The cost was less than we anticipated too. He even offered to speak with the dealership and home when we pursue a warranty claim. Highly recommend him!!

Joe was an absolute pleasure to work with, he had a challenging plumbing repair to do on my vintage 1970’s trailer and he was able to make it work, which absolutely a complete miracle! I would recommend his services to anyone in need of a tough repair. Thanks again Joe!

My Norcold Fridge was having a heck of a time trying to keep cool. Called Joe and he noted there was no insulation between the box and the top of the slide (about 10 inches). He pulled the fridge and fully insulated the entire fridge cavity. Now my fridge runs much more efficient and I am able to keep ice cream cold and hard!
