I recently traded in my Road King for a Street Glide and couldn’t be happier. When I first called to inquire, I spoke with Julie, who was upfront, friendly, and made me feel like more than just another customer. That great first impression led me to the dealership, where I was greeted by the owner, Dan. I told them what I was looking for, and without hesitation, they handed me the keys for a test ride. I was sold!

The buying process was smooth and simple — I even got to relax, shoot some pool, and was treated like the only customer in the showroom.

A few months later, I had an issue with the bike, and they *immediately* took care of it. No questions asked — they jumped on it, resolved the problem within days, and Dan himself called me to apologize for the inconvenience. That level of service is rare.

I was so impressed that I referred a friend who bought a Road Glide and had the exact same experience, minus the bike issue. I've been to other dealerships, but none have treated me like this one. Even though it's an hour and fifteen minutes away, I still come here for service — that says a lot.

Yes, it’s a smaller shop with limited stock, but trust me, they’ll go out of their way to get you exactly what you need. I *highly* recommend this dealership to anyone looking to trade or buy.
