Chris is an excellent representative for your company. First he is neat and clean giving a great first impression. He is very knowledgeable and talks through what he is doing to make sure the customer understands what is being done. Besides doing a great job to assure the furnace is functioning properly, he answered all questions and made sure the system was working to the customer’s satisfaction.
