Once and a while you meet people in your life that truly inspire you. People that support you. People that want nothing for the best for you and love seeing you succeed. No, I’m not talking about your relatives. I’m talking about Cheri, Robert and Tracey and everyone else at Elite! Throw any pre-conceived idea of how you are suppose to train or what a gym should be away. Elite will exceed all your expectations! Cheri and team are extremely knowledgeable and friendly and have made my wife and I feel like family from Day 1 when we joined. The gym is extremely organized and clean and you can tell that Cheri takes so much pride in her business. I can’t say enough great things about Elite, it really has changed how I think, how I workout, and most importantly it has changed my body. After only coming for a few months (3x a week), along with dieting, I can already feel my body starting to change, clothes are fitting looser and overall I just feel better. If you are looking at this review, it means that you are thinking about coming here. All I can say is stop reading reviews (except for this one of course) and GRAB LIFE BY THE BELLS!!!

This gym and the staff has been amazing with keeping me focused on my health throughout 2020 and 2021. The specialized instructors ensure your form is correct to prevent injury. Workouts are challenging so you see continued improvement. They also offer zoom classes so there is no excuse for not making it to the gym!

I found ES&P from a giveaway included in a 5k swag bag. I was looking for a way to improve my running, and get faster. I had been running for several years and found myself plateauing. My 5k times weren’t improving and I was hoping that strength training would give me the boost I needed to improve my racing.

Years later, I am still here and still making progress. It’s hard to get runners to stop running in order to try something new. I was no exception. Before walking into ES&P I considered “the gym” to be the place where my treadmill lived on cold days. The weight room and strength machines were there but I didn’t know how to use them and didn’t really know how to start. So, I avoided them.

Thanks to ES&P, it’s trainers, and it’s program I am able to easily work strength days into my vigorous run schedule without missing a beat. My pace and endurance have both improved by leaps and bounds. Years after starting up, I am still seeing improvement. I can run faster, and longer. My pace is steadier and I recover more quickly. Not only is my running stronger, I am just stronger overall.

Running and lifting are not incompatible sports. When strength training is implemented in the correct way, as the trainers at ES&P know how to do, your running goals are achievable.

PS: Also wanted to add..... the people here are really nice. I don’t think that you will find a more welcoming gym.

I don't typically write reviews but my life has changed in a positive way ever since I signed up for my first class at Elite Strength & Performance - so I kind of want to shout from the rooftops. If you're spending 50 bucks a week on a co-payment for physical therapy while also wrestling with your insurance company just to get approval for more visits, stop the madness! You can save so much stress (and money) by signing up for a membership at Elite Strength and Performance where your workout program is guided by a physical therapist but you're actually having fun. The people are so down-to-earth and non-judgmental, I love being there.

I just turned 60 and was having a hard time keeping up with my two beautiful grandchildren. Now, I can easily go up and down stairs without being out of breath, I can carry them in my arms, play with them on the floor...it feels great!

The moral of the story? it doesn't have to be all downhill when you turn 60. In fact, I feel better than I did 20 years ago and I expect to feel better every day. I hope you have the same results!

Cheri is solid Kettlebell Coach. Her program for helping people improve their fitness and trim their waistline is top notch.
