Hands down the best experience from day one! Of course we waited until mid-September 2025 to inquire about solar before the federal tax incentives expired. We got 3 quotes locally and decided to go with Empire Solar Solutions because they were the least expensive and I felt comfortable with their staff. Not only did they deliver what was promised, it was all completed in record time. They went above and beyond for us and I'm so appreciative! Shannon Murphy at their office continually kept me updated as the process went on from financing, design/engineering, permitting, and installation. We are so happy with our system and have no regrets choosing Empire Solar Solutions to help us go solar.

My experience with Empire Solar has been nothing short but amazing. From the initial process with Nore (regional sales manager) at the beginning of August answering any questions or concerns I had. Then Tal stepped in and coordinated installation of my new roof replacing 18 plywood prior to new shingles being placed. Tal did a fantastic job coordinating everything from start to finish while keeping me appraised. On (10/08) they installed my solar panels and did a magnificent job from panel placement to the electrical part done by Dane who answered every electrical concerns i had. 2 months later I’m a town inspection away from being up and running. I want to thank Nore, Tal and the entire Empire team for making my experience memorable.

I had an excellent experience with Empire Solar Solutions. They redid my roof shingles quickly and with outstanding quality. After that, they installed solar panels on my large barn roof, running a trench to the house for the underground cables, and set up all the electrical panels next to my existing electric meter. The solar panel installation was completed in less than a day, and the finished look is fantastic. The electrical panels were installed neatly and professionally, with everything looking very clean. I am extremely impressed with their speed, workmanship, and attention to detail. Highly recommend!

My solar system stopped working after many years of great production, so I called Empire Solar who originally installed. I couldn’t be more satisfied with how quickly they responded to diagnose the issue. Keith and the Empire team went above and beyond by not only identifying the problem but also re-running all new wires through the solar trench to make sure everything was done right. A big thanks as well to Mark for not only stepping up and getting my system back up and running quickly but covering the new wires under warranty! Truly excellent service—I highly recommend Empire Solar!
