Great bank, great service, great people! Excellent for law firms.

After spending many hours opening both personal and law firm accounts, I was told that the bank will not allow its customers to access both personal and business accounts using a single login credential. I specifically asked about this before I went through the process (because I know Esquire isn't the only one with this limitation), but they gave me inaccurate information. It makes little sense for a bank to deny its customers the convenience of being able to see all accounts on one screen, and to require them to wire money from a business account to a personal (and vice-versa) whenever a simple account transfer is needed.

The customer service people I deal with, aside from mistakenly giving me inaccurate information when I asked the question, were courteous and professional. And their lack of fees and interest rates are excellent.

I wanted to bank here, but not when they put up these silly obstancles. I'd think that most lawyers who have smaller firms would want to do their business and personal banking at one instution, and then seemlessly view accounts and transfer funds with a single login.

Esquire is First in Class in terms of banking for lawyers. My firm is a long time customer and we couldn't be more pleased with the customer service and attention to our accounts. Bravo to the entire Esquire crew!
