I wanna say thank you to Amanda and Steven, I lost my wedding ring yesterday and I was so upset! The prices were respectable and frankly I can't complain about them. The service was STELLAR, and almost seemed free if you consider the usual retail prices for silver.
TLDR: They shortened a chain to my perfect length, made a bracelet from the spare links, and made a new bail for my pendant, making no fuss about any of it whatsoever throughout the whole process. And I can't emphasize enough how reasonable their prices are if you need any work done.
Steve was beyond helpful. (I'm pretty sure Amanda) was lovely and helped me find the perfect chain, but it was way longer than I wanted. Not only did Steve shorten the chain for me, they are also turning the spare length into a bracelet! Steve even measured the chain on me to make sure that the length I wanted matched the length I asked for. On top of that, I have a pendant that's incredibly important that I wanted to put on one of their chains, but the bail was beaten to heck and way too small. They added a new, sturdy bail and attached it for me.
All in all, two sterling silver chains, a bail, shortening a chain, and putting a rush on all of it only cost me a couple hundred. STELLAR service, beautiful people, and I intend to go there for ALL of my jewelry needs because of those two. (Not just to purchase, but also maintenance and miscellaneous work)
Steven had helped my fiancé and I pick out the perfect ring for our engagement/wedding. His service was very efficient and knew exactly what we were getting. We got his ring the day of and my ring in a timely fashion. We were told a day it would be ready and it was done and ready on that day, no delays. Highly recommend, plenty of options! Very happy!
