Excellent club! Had the pleasure of “passporting” here and found the trainers to be excellent! Facilities are clean and nice! Friendly people! Look forward to returning!
Been at this studio for a year now! It has become the favorite part of my day coming here for a workout. All of the coaches are fantastic. All of the workouts push you to the max. I love everything about f45 and this location. 10/10. Would recommend coming here if you need a variety in your workouts.
F45 has surpassed my expectations. The combination of weights and cardio is perfect for an efficient workout. The studio is super clean and the instructors are awesome.
The app is great to plan out the week and pick which classes you like. The variety of classes keeps everything fresh. Working out in a group setting is great b/c it pushes you and at the same time not intimidating for folks that are just getting back to the gym. Highly recommend.
This gym is just unmatched. The trainers here are always motivating you throughout the entire workout, the community vibe is incredible and just everything about F45 East Setauket is amazing. Everyone there is helping you to reach your fitness goals all while making you feel confident in yourself. I have never had a bad workout because of the constant extra push. If you are looking for classes that have trainers who genuinely care, an owner who is actively involved and be apart of a great community, F45 East Setauket is the perfect fit! I can’t say enough great things about this gym!
