Farrell Communities at Gardnertown

We lived here almost 2 years. We have had an excellent experience living in the Farrell Community at Gardnertown. The community manager, Josephine, has always been very responsive and helpful. We think she is overqualified for this job. Any request we have made was responded even in couple hours. The community is safe, clean and very friendly. We had to move out because of the new job in CA. We hope our comment help you with your decision.

We have had an excellent experience living in the Farrell Community at Gardnertown. The grounds are kept very nicely year round. The community is safe and very friendly. The management office has always been responsive to any request we have made. We have had a very pleasant time here and we would highly recommend it.

Apartments are clean and modern. The maintenance staff is outstanding and prompt with their service. The tenants I have met are wonderful.

Now for the 2 star review:
The management is undesirable. From day one, we received emails in all caps simply reprimanding us from everything from parking to trash removal.

The "clubhouse" that was built and was shown to us on our tour is something we can not access outside of weekday hours of 9-5pm. We can not use the clubhouse on weekends, at night or host a gathering.

When asked about extended hours or having 24/7 access using our key fob, like the other Newburgh location, I am only met with resistance and no future plans of opening. I find it extremely frustrating that we don't have full access to this clubhouse as paying tenants.

My fiancé and I moved here in March and have loved every second of it! From day one the property manager Josephine has been nothing but helpful. She is attentive and professional and has helped us with everything we’ve needed. The property is beautiful with views of the mountains. Not to mention the apartment! GORGEOUS! My family and friends were stunned with how beautiful the interior was. Super modern and up to date with everything. We’ve never had any issues with any electronics or heating/cooling issues. The only thing was a lightbulb burned out but Josephine was quick to get it fixed!

I feel safe in the location as it’s on a quite street. It’s also sooooo close to a bunch of shopping locations. Anything you need is less than 5 minutes away!

My fiancé and I have really enjoyed living here and have nothing but kind things to say about our little community! Needless to say we will be renewing our lease!
