Hands down Meadow Ridge is one of the best places to live. The management staff right down to the maintenance staff. Due to my need to be closer to the city is the only reason I’m leaving. I wish I could pack up the management and maintenance staff. A special shout out to Enedia and Edwin.

I lived at Meadow Ridge for 3 years, I moved out this past June. Overall it was a fantastic experience, our apartment was very spacious, beautiful, and felt like home. I never had a problem with the management like some others mentioned in their reviews. First some of the positives - their maintenance team is extremely efficient, anytime I submitted a ticket someone came either the same day or next day to address my concerns. The pool and the community lounge was another amazing highlight, I missed that pool a lot this summer. The gym is small but still a great amenity, I used to run on the treadmills in the gym frequently. The property is well maintained including the landscaping, snow removal, etc. Now onto the negatives. The rent increases are a bit wild and was ultimately why I moved out, it was getting absurdly expensive. I never understand why a landlord would want to charge higher rent to a reliable, existing tenant, but the same exact apartment would be cheaper for a brand new tenant. Second thing, if you have a garage, they don't let you park in the parking lot which is so ridiculous. There were always SO many non-reserved spots in the lot and I got several emails threatening to tow my car. As if we didn't pay enough to live there that you can't even park in the parking lot.
