Yorktown Fit Body Boot Camp has provided me with an amazing gym experience that has been life-changing. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to improve their health and fitness. The coaches expertly challenge me to push my limits when appropriate while also scaling back when needed. I owe it to all of the coaches that have helped me regain confidence and feel comfortable in my own skin, which is priceless to me!
I highly recommend Fit Body Bootcamp. The trainers are motivating and they keep you moving throughout the workout. The workout is 45 minutes long and the exercises are planned out in advance to target different parts of the body each day. You never have to waste time deciding what you are going to do. Each exercise is demonstrated and the trainers help you with your form if needed. There are modifications you can do if a particular exercise is not good for you due to injury or other issue. There are occasional “challenges” that help motivate you to push yourself to reach your goals. I did the 6 week challenge and “won” because I lost the most weight (16 lbs.). I think if you know you are doing your best and reaching your goals then you’ve already won, but it’s still nice to be acknowledged. It’s a nice environment with friendly people but you are able to stay focused and get in, do your workout, and get out and on with your day. There is an app to schedule your classes which helps keep you accountable for showing up. Darren, the owner is always responsive and available to help you with any questions and also provides suggestions for dietary choices to help maintain your goals. Although it costs more than my previous gym membership, it is well worth the money when you are actually seeing amazing results.

This is by far the best gym ever. We are all a family here and support each other through our workouts. The coaches really care about us and spend time making sure we are working our hardest while doing the exercises correctly. They make it enjoyable to come to class and make sure we work hard while also having a good time. I love that the classes are small with personal attention to each member. Clean, friendly, fun and energetic environment. Would highly recommend to anyone, especially if you are looking for a family environment where you receive support and encouragement to be your best!
I love, love, love my boot camp!!!! The instructors are all great! They are energetic and inspiring and the atmosphere in the boot camp is friendly and comfortable! The workouts are excellent. They are planned for you and they are always different. They combine cardio with resistance training and of course core strengthening is always built in to the daily workout. And the best part is that in under an hour you can get a full workout in and get back to your busy life. Give it a try. I guarantee you won’t go back to any other kind of workout.
This is the best decision I ever made! Darren and Chris are the best trainers and I couldn't ask for better people to work out with. I will be a member for life!
