The quality of instruction is exceptional, with skilled and supportive coaches who foster a positive and motivating environment focused on precision. Everyone, including the members, is welcoming and encouraging. I want to give a shout-out to the coaches who provided immense support when I first joined. The camaraderie among members is uplifting and greatly enhances the training experience.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE! All the instructors along with the members make you feel so welcome, that ‘awkward’ stage of not knowing dissipates quickly and you acquire the skills it takes to defend! As a victim of sexual assault I am so GRATEFUL to the staff and KMNY, Davide, Erin, Emily, David W., Lu… absolutely life changing. This place will elevate you and your pursuits in life- a must!
