I recently switch my insurance provider after years of ,essentially, neglect. After asking simple questions, I felt I was inconveniencing them.

Instead, the staff broke down what they felt I needed and answered all my questions with patience and insight. They did not push, they provided me with options.
I learned more in that 15min conversation about insurance, than I had in years with my past provider.

A friend recommended this agency to me and it was totally worth the trip! Dan, the gentleman that worked with me is AWESOME. Very knowlegable, easy-going and honest. He went over all of my policies and informed me on how to optimize my coverages. Now I have better policies from highly reputable insurance companies at a far lower cost than I was previously paying. I recommend everyone take the few minutes to go over your policies with Dan. The time spent will definitely be informative, and most likely save you money.

We have been insured by this company and specifically this branch for many years. Dan makes everything simple and consumer friendly even though there have been complicated instances regarding our cars/ situations in the past. He has always been straightforward and honest about our policies and how certain situations can affect the rates/coverages.
