Alec at Kelly Schumacher - State Farm Insurance is extremely helpful, and I look forward to working with him more! He called to go over my life insurance policy and continued to help when I asked about lowering my rates. He went through and told me all the steps we could take to lower my policy and is sending me the numbers later today to go over. He was extremely kind and understanding when I apologized for missing so many of his calls and made a plan with me if he doesn’t hear from me in the upcoming week to go over any changes I want to make.

Working with insurance companies usually are a hassle and something that I dread but this agency has always been very knowledgeable, patient and a pleasure to work with. I especially have to give thanks to Emely. When adding a car to my policy I called her 10 minutes before she was leaving. She was so helpful, and sweet. She even stayed late to make sure everything was done correctly.
