He looked at all the options available and got me an excellent deal with a top health insurance provider at a much lower cost that my current provider with essentially the same coverage. It would have taken me months to sort out what the best plan would be and maybe I'd still get it wrong. We will be back again with other members of our family and friends!

We had just moved here from S.C. and had to find a new Medicare plan. We are not savvy on the whole Medicare enrollment process. We found Neil through the Next Door app. Wow. Just wow. Neil helped us choose the right plan for us (late at night!) and explained the plan LINE BY LINE. He made the process painless. He is patient, friendly, funny and he loves his job.We are so happy to have found him. AND…..he ALWAYS answers his phone! Right there…..he’s the man 👍🏻👍🏻. (Wish I had more thumbs.)

I found Neil to be very helpful in navigating my insurance plan. He is very diligent with what he does. Even to the point of emailing me at 11:00 P.M. to ask if I was awake to discuss the plan. Working with Neil is a enjoyable and he pretty much laid out all the information for me. There are some hiccups on the changing from Medicare to Cigna Advantage. There is some limited availability within the network for Doctors. I am hopeful that I find, during the course of the year that the benefits of this plan outweigh the disadvantages. However, that pans out it has been a pleasure and I’m glad I had the opportunity to work with Neil.

Was expecting the process of signing up for Medicare to stressful and difficult, Neal made it clear and simple. All I had to do was give him names of Doctors and the medications I take and he narrowed it down to a few plans, he explained everything in a simple common sense manner.
