I was taken back in how informative Michael was with assisting me in finding an assistant living Facilityfor my father . I didn’t realize how much I needed help in making this decision . He was kind and caring and knew what questions should be asked and for that I’m so grateful, this is a very emotional time for me and he definitely made it easier .
Mike was wonderful to work with. As a single mom trying to plan next living arrangements for both of my parents, he made the booking of tours so easy and well coordinated. His many years of experience were shown through his additional questioning and explanations during each tour, making a difficult and overwhelming time much easier. Mike has been like a modern day superhero. Helping our family to reduce our fear and stress levels while we figure out a great option for our mother to live a happy and healthy life. He offered keen insights to prepare us for the process, made an array of community recommendations so my mother could see her options, and then stayed in touch with compassion and respect while we discussed next steps. This is a difficult process, but its made so much easier with someone like Mike who loves what he does and makes a positive difference in peoples lives.
I cannot speak highly enough of Mike and the top-notch service that he provides. He made what I consider a daunting process so much less stressful. He toured several assisted living/memory care facilities with me and my brother until we found the perfect fit for my dad. Having gone through a similar journey with his own mom, Mike taught us what to look for and what to stay away from based upon his own personal experience. Mike asked questions at each facility that he knew the answers to, but he asked for my benefit. He is extremely knowledgeable and always reachable to provide guidance and expertise. He was mindful of our budget and explained the advantages and disadvantages of different facilities. There were communities closer in proximity that I insisted on touring. Because we had extra time, Mike convinced me to look at another and guess what? It is the place we chose for Dad!
Mike's professionalism, warmth and commitment put us at ease throughout the entire process. His service and efforts far exceeded our expectations and we are beyond grateful to him. While I am confident that we made the right decision for Dad, I also know that we couldn't have done it without Mike.
