I want to send a shout out to Jeannine, she really was amazing today with helping me to get an emergency appointment with Dr. Petroff. I personally am having a rough time regarding familial concerns and Jeannine was so sweet acknowledging my feelings and concerns. Thank you so much Jeannine.

Huge thank you to Dr. Petroff as well. You have been such a God sent and I am thankful for your expertise and guidance as I navigate behavioral concerns for Milo.

    You guys ROCK!!!!!

Perfect veterinary care experience. I am a veterinary student myself so I know! Dr. Kravitz performed TPLO surgery for my good boy with a torn CCL and Riley was our PT rehabilitator. All of the techs and staff are wonderful. Especially Matty was so nice to my dog even when he was a little bit of a difficult patient haha! Christine was also so nice and helpful with scheduling and giving me updates. And everyone else that interacted with us were great and really seems to love animals and my dog always seems to feel (relatively) comfortable during our visits. I strongly recommend Gold Coast and Dr. Kravitz!!! It’s been a few weeks since the surgery and my dog seems basically back to normal walking on all 4 legs no pain or problems at all. Perfect recovery and PT. Thank you Gold Coast!!

Dr. Blass is an outstanding cardiologist and has cared for my family's dogs and my kitten. He is extremely kind, knowledgeable and truly cares for your pet. I wouldn't trust any other cardiologist for my pet's care. The entire staff from the vet techs to reception are friendly and top notch.

I can’t say enough about how wonderful Gold Coast was with our Dachshund. I had to take him for a consultation as our regular vet suspected a nodule on one of his parathyroids, then we were back for a CT scan and then for the surgery. Dr. Kravitz did not rush me out of the consult so I felt comfortable asking the questions I wanted to ask. She called very quickly with the CT scan results and she kept us updated when our pup was in surgery, after surgery and the 2 days after. We were able to visit him while he was staying at West Hills next door for 2 nights after the surgery. Our dog came through with flying colors and is doing extremely well. We are so thankful to Dr. Kravitz and the entire team at both Gold Coast and West Hills next door. Every employee we have encountered either on the phone or in person has been so friendly and kind. I know their jobs are not easy but they greet everyone with a smile and I was so comfortable with them. Wesley is also such a sweet vet tech and really makes it easier to hand your beloved pet over because you know he or she is in good hands.

It’s been 2 weeks since Sawyer lost his battle against lymphoma and about 14 months since the initial diagnosis on March 1, 2024. It was very scary and upsetting to say the least when we received the diagnosis and prognosis (4-6 weeks if untreated) but very fortunate and so glad we picked Gold Coast to care for Sawyer.
Our experience, from the people at the front desk, to the techs and doctors, was wonderful. It was a little stressful for Sawyer (and the techs) initially at the start of the CHOP program, but Sawyer settled in and the staff worked with him and got to know his special personality and what a sweet, lovable boy he was.
Dr. Holman was very thorough, patient and detailed throughout Sawyer’s treatment, explaining in detail the treatment options and pros and cons of each. Sawyer finding and bonding with his special friend Karina was very comforting, for both me and Sawyer. Staff would routinely check in on his condition after each treatment and any inquiries I had in between visits were promptly responded to by Dr. Holman, Karina and the staff.
Dr. Holman and the staff continued to go above and beyond until Sawyers’ last breath. Sawyer declined quite rapidly his last day and at about five in the evening I reached out to Dr. Holman to advise Sawyer was leaving us, Dr. Holman advised us to bring him in and they would stay late for him, I would not arrive until around seven. It meant so much to us that Sawyer in his last moments would also be surrounded by the people that cared for him and became his extended family over the last 14 months.
Gold Coast became Sawyer and my home away from home for about 14 months and at the end of the day, Dr. Holman, Karina and the entire staff came to care and love Sawyer as their own, which is what you would want and hope for.
Goes without saying I would highly recommend Gold Coast.
